Account & Data Deletion — DailyRoutine: Life Manager

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and global privacy frameworks, DailyRoutine: Life Manager provides a clear and accessible mechanism for users to request permanent deletion of their user account and associated cloud data.

Permanent Data Deletion Impact Notice

Submitting an account deletion request initiates a permanent and irreversible process. Once processed, the following actions will occur:

Firebase Authentication Record: Your account user identity (UID) and authentication record will be permanently deleted from Firebase Auth.
Cloud Firestore Database Sync: All synchronized data stored under your private Firestore node (users/{uid}) will be permanently erased. This includes attendance logs, shift history, salary rates, expense logs, EMI records, study timetables, habits, fitness logs, and notes.
Cloud Backup Snapshots: All associated cloud backup archives will be purged within 72 hours.
Pro Subscription Entitlements: Cloud sync entitlement associations for Pro subscriptions will be severed. (Note: Active recurring subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the Google Play Store as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

What Happens to Locally Stored Data

Data stored locally on your device in Android Room Database and DataStore Preferences remains on your physical hardware until you clear app data or uninstall the app. To wipe local data immediately:
