Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To access cloud synchronization, Pro subscription features, or multi-device backup, you must register or authenticate using Google Sign-In linked to Firebase Authentication. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
• All information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your device and login credentials.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your authenticated account.

2. Description of Application Services

DailyRoutine is a personal productivity, life management, and tracking application providing four customizable operational modes:

• Employee Mode: Attendance logging, shift schedules, overtime recording, salary/payroll calculations, facility deduction tracking, and PDF payslip generation.
• Student Mode: Study timetables, course attendance tracking, assignment goals, and exam schedules.
• Fitness Mode: Physical activity logging, workout set/rep tracking, step counts, weight entries, sleep session logs, and optional Google Health Connect synchronization.
• General Mode: Daily notes/journals, task checklists, financial tracking (expenses, savings, EMI), reminders, and routine progress analytics.

3. Operational & Calculation Disclaimers

While we strive for precision in all mathematical algorithms within DailyRoutine, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational disclaimers:

• Payroll & Salary Calculation Disclaimer: DailyRoutine provides salary, overtime, deduction, and net pay estimations based on parameters entered by the user. The application is a personal estimation tool and does NOT constitute official payroll software, tax advice, or legal accounting certification. Employers and employees should independently verify calculations prior to issuing or accepting financial payments.
• Fitness & Caloric Calculation Disclaimer: Fitness metrics (such as estimated calories burned or BMI calculations) are mathematical estimates for wellness tracking only.
• Notification & Alarm Disclaimer: Reminders and schedule alerts rely on Android system alarm services and device power-management settings. MetaOrbit Technologies is not responsible for missed reminders resulting from device battery optimization, silent modes, or operating system restrictions.

4. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

DailyRoutine is a self-management wellness tool. It is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before embarking on new physical training regimens, dietary adjustments, or weight management plans.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

DailyRoutine offers optional DailyRoutine Pro subscriptions unlocking ad-free usage, unlimited cloud backup, and advanced report exports:

• Google Play Billing: All in-app purchases and subscription transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing and managed by RevenueCat.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified frequency unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle via Google Play Store account settings.
• Refund Policy: Purchases are subject to our dedicated Refund Policy and Google Play refund guidelines.

6. Free Tier Advertisements (AdMob)

Users on the free tier of DailyRoutine may receive contextual advertisements served by Google AdMob. Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, health and fitness data is strictly excluded from advertising processing.

7. Acceptable Use & Conduct Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the application.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access to Firebase cloud infrastructure or Firestore databases.
• Using the app to store, upload, or transmit malicious code, viruses, or unlawful materials.
• Attempting to bypass subscription entitlement verification or licensing checks.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The DailyRoutine application, including its source code, UI designs, graphics, branding, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of MetaOrbit Technologies and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to the application.

9. User Data & Account Deletion

You retain ownership of the data you create within DailyRoutine. You may export or permanently delete your account and associated cloud data at any time by visiting our Account Deletion Page. Cloud backups are governed by our data retention policies outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MetaOrbit Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business profits, financial loss, or personal injury, arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to use) DailyRoutine.

11. Modifications to Terms & Service

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of DailyRoutine after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
