1. Corporate & Application Identification

This Privacy Policy applies strictly to the DailyRoutine: Life Manager Android mobile application (Android Package Name: com.money.salarypoint), published by MetaOrbit Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. What DailyRoutine Does

DailyRoutine is an all-in-one personal life-management, workspace, and productivity application featuring four dedicated operational modes tailored to user preferences:

Employee Mode: Attendance tracking, shift schedules, overtime logging, salary/payroll calculations, salary history, deduction tracking (facilities, meals), and PDF payslip generation.
Student Mode: Course study timetables, subject attendance, assignment goals, exam schedules, and academic progress tracking.
Fitness Mode: Physical activity tracking, workout logging (exercises, sets, reps, duration, calories burned), step counting, body measurement tracking (weight, BMI, body fat), sleep session monitoring, and optional Google Health Connect integration.
General Mode: Task management, habit tracking, daily notes/journals, financial tracking (expenses, savings, EMI calculations), reminders, and routine progress analytics.
Subscription / Pro Functionality: Pro features enable ad-free usage, cloud data backup/restore, advanced reports, and multi-device sync.

3. Personal & Account Information Collected

When you register or log in to DailyRoutine using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication, we collect the following account information:

Firebase Authentication Unique Identifier (UID): Generated upon authentication to anchor your private cloud data record.
Full Display Name & Email Address: Used to display your profile in-app and confirm account identity.
Profile Photo URL: Used strictly to display your user avatar within the application interface.

Purpose of Account Data: Account credentials are used strictly to authenticate user identity, prevent unauthorized access to cloud backups, enforce user subscription state, and enable seamless multi-device synchronization.

4. User-Generated & Application Data

Depending on the operational mode you utilize, DailyRoutine collects and stores user-generated input including:

Work & Payroll Data: Attendance logs, base pay rate configurations, overtime hours, salary cycles, facility fee deductions, and monthly salary history.
Financial Data: Personal expense items, savings goals, monthly EMI tracking entries, and budget records.
Productivity Data: Daily notes, journals, task checklists, habit logs, study schedules, routine reminders, and target goals.
Fitness & Wellness Records: Exercise logs, set/rep counters, weight entries, sleep duration entries, and water intake records.

5. Health & Fitness Data Disclosure (Google Health Connect)

CRITICAL NOTICE: DailyRoutine offers an optional integration with the Google Health Connect API on supported Android devices (Android 14+ system integrated and Android 13 & below Health Connect app package). This section provides complete disclosure regarding how health data is accessed, collected, used, stored, and protected.

A. Health Connect Data Types Accessed (Permissions)

Subject to your explicit runtime permission grant, DailyRoutine accesses the following specific Health Connect data types:

READ Permissions:
- android.permission.health.READ_STEPS — Step count totals.
- android.permission.health.READ_ACTIVE_CALORIES_BURNED — Active energy expenditure (kcal).
- android.permission.health.READ_WEIGHT — Body weight measurements (kg/lbs).
- android.permission.health.READ_HEART_RATE — Heart rate sample records (BPM).
- android.permission.health.READ_DISTANCE — Distance covered during movement (meters/km).
- android.permission.health.READ_SLEEP — Sleep session duration and sleep stages.
- android.permission.health.READ_EXERCISE — Exercise and workout session summaries.
WRITE Permissions:
- android.permission.health.WRITE_STEPS — Syncing manually logged steps to Health Connect.
- android.permission.health.WRITE_ACTIVE_CALORIES_BURNED — Syncing workout calories burned.
- android.permission.health.WRITE_WEIGHT — Syncing user-updated weight logs.
- android.permission.health.WRITE_EXERCISE — Writing logged workouts to Health Connect.

B. Purpose of Health & Fitness Data Access

We access and process Health Connect data and manually entered fitness data strictly for the following functional purposes:

Daily Progress & Dashboard Visualization: Displaying step counters, active calories, sleep duration, and workout timelines on your personal Fitness Mode dashboard.
BMI & Caloric Metrics Calculation: Computing Body Mass Index (BMI), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), and daily recommended intake targets.
Workout & Activity History: Maintaining a log of past workout sessions and distance covered.
Personal Habit & Routine Analytics: Calculating weekly and monthly goal completion percentages for fitness routines.

C. Storage & Retention of Health Data

Local On-Device Storage: All health and fitness data is stored locally in the application's isolated sandbox using Android Jetpack Room Database and DataStore.
Encrypted Cloud Sync: For authenticated users, fitness records are encrypted and synced to Firebase Firestore under your private users/{uid} node to allow backup restoration across your authorized devices.

D. Health Data Sharing Policy — Strictly Prohibited Uses

STRICT DATA SHARING & ADVERTISING GUARANTEE

1. NO THIRD-PARTY SALE OR SHARING: We DO NOT sell, rent, trade, lease, or share your Health Connect data or fitness records with any third parties, data brokers, insurance providers, or marketing agencies.

2. EXCLUDED FROM ADVERTISING: Health Connect data and fitness metrics are strictly EXCLUDED from advertising and marketing. Google AdMob (used for free-tier ads) has zero access to Health Connect APIs or health records stored in DailyRoutine.

3. NO MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS USE: Health data is never analyzed for clinical diagnostics or medical research.

E. User Control & Access Revocation

Health Connect integration is 100% optional. You retain absolute control over access permissions:

You can grant or revoke individual Health Connect read/write permissions at any time via Android System Settings -> Privacy -> Health Connect -> DailyRoutine.
You can delete individual fitness entries inside the app or request full account & cloud data deletion via Account Deletion Page.

6. Medical Disclaimer

DailyRoutine is a personal productivity, habit, and wellness self-management application. It is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare service. The calculations provided (such as BMI or estimated calories) are for informational and self-tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new workout regimen or weight management program.

7. Local Storage Architecture

DailyRoutine utilizes local device storage components including Android Room Database (SQLite) and Jetpack DataStore Preferences. Local storage allows offline application functionality. Local databases remain in your device's app-private data directory and are cleared if you uninstall the application or manually clear app storage in Android settings.

8. Cloud Synchronization (Firebase Firestore)

For authenticated users, DailyRoutine synchronizes your account configuration, attendance records, finance logs, notes, and fitness entries with Google Firebase Firestore. All client data is partitioned under strict document paths assigned to your authenticated account UID (users/{uid}). Database access is governed by production Firestore Security Rules enforcing user ownership.

9. Firebase & Third-Party Services Used

DailyRoutine integrates with select third-party SDKs to deliver robust core services:

Firebase Authentication: Secure OAuth login processing. Privacy Policy: Firebase Privacy.
Firebase Firestore: Encrypted cloud database infrastructure. Privacy Policy: Google Cloud Privacy.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Anonymous application stability diagnostics, crash stack trace collection, and aggregate usage telemetry to resolve bugs.
Google AdMob: Serves contextual advertising to free-tier users. AdMob may process advertising IDs in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Health data is completely excluded.
Google Play Billing & RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscriptions and entitlement checks. Privacy Policy: RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Google Health Connect: Optional health & fitness data exchange API governed by Google Health Connect Policy.

10. Subscriptions & Ad-Free Experience

DailyRoutine offers an optional DailyRoutine Pro subscription. Active Pro subscribers receive an ad-free experience, unlocking full cloud backup and advanced report exports. Subscription entitlements are verified via Google Play Billing and RevenueCat API.

11. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your cloud data for as long as your account remains active. You hold the right to permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time.

To submit an automated account deletion request, visit our dedicated Account Deletion Page. Deletion requests erase your Firebase Auth user record, Firestore database documents under users/{uid}, and cloud backups within 72 hours.

12. Security Measures

We enforce industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal data, including TLS encryption during data transit, OAuth 2.0 authentication tokens, and strict Firestore Security Rules restricting database read/write permissions exclusively to the verified document owner.

13. Children's Privacy

DailyRoutine is designed for general audiences aged 13 and above (or 18 and above for payroll management features). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account immediately.

14. International Users & Privacy Rights

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California (CCPA/CPRA), you possess statutory privacy rights including the right to access your data, request rectification of inaccurate data, request data portability, and request deletion of personal information. 15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates, security enhancements, or legal obligations. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of DailyRoutine following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
